Industry Consultation
Effective consultation with NSW industry on National Electronic Conveyancing practice and risk management issues is essential and will contribute positively to the development of nationally uniform business processes.
Consultation papers on key business practice and risk management issues have been released from 2009, providing the opportunity for NSW industry stakeholders to contribute to the specification of business practices, legal framework and system functionality required for National Electronic Conveyancing.
This process aims to ensure that business practices and the supporting legal framework for National Electronic Conveyancing are designed to facilitate prompt and widespread adoption of National Electronic Conveyancing by lending and conveyancing industry participants in NSW.
